Our understanding of the Bible and the work of a loving, creative God serve as the basis for our belief that poverty can be eradicated!
We live in a world that is plagued by injustice, pain, and sin. Power imbalances skew relationships between people, communities, corporations, and governments. As a result, the disgrace of poverty and the deterioration of creation confront us. Our optimism is based on God’s promise of a world devoid of poverty where everyone enjoys a full existence. As a result, we think that the world can be made whole and transformed and that God has called us to speak and act in prophetic ways in order to effect change. The challenges we handle are intricate. However, we are encouraged by the thoughts that God showing us. we are dedicated to working for it and praying for it to happen. “Be careful that you don’t do your charitable giving before men, to be seen by them, or else you have no reward from your Father who is in heaven”. Matthew 6:1.
